We keep this simple: we collect only what's needed to run your order, and we don't sell your data. Ever.

What we collect, and why

• Phone number — to sign you in with a one-time code (OTP) and reach you about your order
• Name, delivery address and email — to deliver your order and send updates
• Order history — so you (and our support team) can see what you've bought

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay, our payment partner. Your card, UPI or netbanking details go directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection — we never see or store them.

Who we share with

Only the partners it takes to fulfil your order: our courier partners get your name, address and phone number for delivery, and Razorpay processes your payment. That's it — no selling, renting or trading your information, and no marketing messages you didn't ask for.

On your device

Your cart and wishlist live in your own browser's storage, not on our servers, until you place an order. Signing in stores a session token so you stay signed in on your device.
