Every order is packed by hand — bubble-wrapped, boxed and cushioned — and dispatched within 2–4 business days. A piece that needs extra-careful crating may take a day longer; we'll let you know if yours does.
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Your exact shipping fee and the courier's name are shown at checkout before you pay, and we send tracking details as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Most parcels arrive within 3–7 days of dispatch, depending on your pincode.
Prefer to collect in person? Choose "Pick up from store" at checkout — there's nothing to pay online. We'll keep your order ready at the store, message you when it's ready, and you pay at the counter (cash or UPI) when you collect.
Eeshva is a prepaid store: payment happens securely online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking), or at the store for pickup orders. We don't offer Cash on Delivery couriers yet.
