Welcome to Eeshva — the online store of RL Creations. Placing an order here means you're okay with the points below. We've kept them short and fair.
Prices & products
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST — what you see is what you pay, plus the shipping fee shown at checkout.
- Handcrafted pieces vary a little in colour, grain and finish. Our photos are as true to life as we can make them, but your piece will be its own.
- If an obvious listing error slips through (say, a wrong price), we'll contact you before doing anything — and refund you in full if you'd rather not proceed.
Orders & payment
- Eeshva is a prepaid store: orders are paid online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
- If money is deducted but your order doesn't confirm right away, it settles automatically within a few minutes — and if the order still can't be placed, the payment is refunded to source.
- Store pickup can be chosen at checkout, with payment online or at the store.
Cancellations
Changed your mind before we've dispatched? Contact us and we'll cancel and refund in full to your original payment method. Once dispatched, the Returns & Refunds policy takes over.
